About the tech stack lookup
What technologies does the tech stack lookup show?
Every technology the website’s pages run, by category: its commerce or content platform, analytics, advertising pixels, consent, email and SMS, payments, reviews, chat, hosting and CDN, frameworks and more.
How do I find out what a website is built with?
Enter its address above. The answer names the platform it is built on and every other technology its pages run today, grouped by category.
Can I see when a website added or removed a technology?
Yes. Anyone sees the last three changes. A free account shows the full history of changes, each dated, and the day each technology was first seen.
What does “since at least” mean beside a technology?
That it was already running when we first read it on the website, so it has run since at least that day. A technology added later shows the day it was added.
How often is a website’s stack updated?
Every time we read the website, from daily to weekly. The date of the latest reading is shown with each answer.
Can I look up the tech stacks of many websites at once?
The free lookup takes one website at a time. The Fokals MCP and API return technology stacks and their changes for whole lists of companies.
